• Can I get a ring re-sized if I bought the wrong size?

No, Mari Martins Studio does not offer ring re-sizing services. For this reason make sure to choose your size carefully.

• Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Some exclusions apply.

• When will I receive my order?

Pieces ordered from our Ready-to-Ship collection will be sent out for delivery the next day. National orders will have a shipping lead time of 1-5 business days. International orders will have a shipping lead time of 7-10 business days.

Pieces from our Core Collection are hand-made to order. We require between 4-6 weeks for production. Once your order is ready you will receive an email informing you it is ready to be shipped. Shipping lead times stated above then apply.

Bespoke Projects incur a longer production time due to the collaboration process. Read more about how bespoke projects are structures here.

• How much does shipping cost and can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shipping costs are included in the prices of the rings.

All rings sold by Mari Martins are final sale, with the exception of bespoke projects. Mari Martins does not accept returns and exchanges.

Why?... In Brazil item's above $50 are subject to a 60% import tax on the item's price. This means all items sold would incur a substantial amount of tax once sent back by the customer for a return or exchange. Many companies place this responsibility on the customer to pay, therefore to avoid this altogether we have established a no returns or exchanges policy. Mari Martins Studio urges you to make your purchase with care, paying attention to the information offered about each piece and ensuring that the ring size you select is correct.

Use only warm soapy water or a metal specific jewellery cloth to clean your jewellery. Jewellery can change colour over time (especially if left unworn) and can get scratched. This is not a manufacturing fault. Store your jewellery in its supplied reusable box when not being worn.

All Mari Martins Studio's jewellery is made from solid 18k gold so it can be worn in water. But for best upkeep of your pieces remove jewellery when showering, exercising and/or using hand held tools.
